FOUNDED BY

Since 2003

Duli Yang Maha Mulia
Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj
ibni Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin
Abdul Aziz Shah Alhaj

The Sultan of Selangor was concerned by the growing number of unemployed youth being left behind, many with hidden talents that could be nurtured. He saw the need for tailored opportunities so non-academically inclined youths could realise their potential, building skilled human capital for Malaysia's growth and development.

ROYAL PATRON

Since 2017

Duli Yang Teramat Mulia
Tengku Amir Shah
ibni Sultan Sharafuddin
Idris Shah Alhaj

His Royal Highness continued the legacy as royal patron in 2017, introducing a more progressive and inclusive approach through strategic partnerships with educational institutions and TVET agencies, so the support stays high-quality and beneficiaries stay competitive with industry.

YRMS operates as a non-profit, non-government, tax-exempted organisation focused entirely on developing young skilled human capital for the nation, supported by sponsors and partners.
